Property & government data
The bulk of the data displayed on PlotSpot is non-personal property sales, valuation, cadastral and planning information obtained from NSW Government sources under Creative Commons (or similar open) licences. This data is not personal information about living individuals in the ordinary sense and is processed for research and analytical purposes.
We attribute government source data in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons licence terms and do not claim ownership of the original government datasets.
